ARB vs Expedition One Front Bumper
#11
Between those two I like the expedition one better. The only other one I was looking at was the fab four. It however, seems a little busy compared to the expedition one.
BTW I am very jealous

the ARB makes bebe jesus cry with those blocks of orange crap reflectors... and those hunky meat pads on the front...
Expo 1 makes bebe jesus happy again...
But I like stubbies...
I vote Expo 1
then have ARB make one that doesnt make me wana vomit
(its not that bad I jut hate amber lights and I over react)

Which front bumper do you guys thing would match the rear Expedition One bumper I've got on Black Sunshine? The ARB Delux or the Expedition One front bumper? I'm trying to decide on a full width as I'm not terribly fond of the stubby and want somethign that matches the lines of the JK very well like my rear bumper does.
...Thoughts? Experiences?

Here's my ARB:
I love how it follows the lines of the Jeep - just like the Expo1 does on the back... that's why I was asking you about the Expo1 bc I think they go pretty perfect together.... as does Ganesh.

Best price I can find on the ARB is from Northridge at $900. Rompalicious has it for $869 but Northridges free shipping will more than make up for the $30 price diffrence.
The Expedition One is $1000 even plus shipping from E1 or Rompalicious (who's usually cheaper on shipping).
So price diffrence is about $200 in favor of the ARB by the time I pay to ship the Expedition One bumper.

I think based on your question I'd vote ARB first (and AEV second).

edit: OMG, now that I know the other bumper is more money I don't know how its even a consideration.

Isnt the Ex1 a thicker metal?
I thought I read somewhere that the ARB is a stamped metal that is 1/8". which would mean it isnt as thick and stout as others. I know it may seem stout when you kick it, but will that hold up the the weight of the Jeep on a rock?
Ex1 is a nice stout 3/16" thick. I have slammed my rear bumper a few times and the rock came out with all the damage, nothing on the bumper.
That was one of the reasons I went with EX1.
