Still that price isn't that bad whoever said $1500 too high made me laugh....unless your a dealer your not getting near that....

If you did the motor swap and plan on wheeling I'd just wait and do a d44 built up there and not worry about the power to the ring and pinion......
That way you can run bigger tires and gears with less concern....
