I personally opted for the SOLID diff covers for the best overall value. I liked the cast iron construction (not aluminum), looks, and price. For the price I paid for TWO diff covers shipped to my door, that was equal to the price of only 1 ARB cover. For the purpose they are going to serve for protection, couldn't beat the price. Now I just need to put them on lol...

I have beat the snot out of my stock and still run them no problem. The front of course takes the most hits.

What,,, a coin toss on weather or NOT to do a mod???
I'm just jetting ready to fork out the cash for ARB's and I run accross this poll
I almost wish I hadn't found it. But I think ARB's are in my future just the same. I can't think of reading anything BAD about them other than price.

If you don't mind dropping the coin, than go for the ARBs. They are much better than stock and look very good under the JK.

I think what most are trying to say is if you have a limited budget, saving a little money on the diff covers to put toward, for example, a evap canister skid or reloc is a wise investment. However, "wise" means different things to different people. If you are really sold on the ARB's - go for it! It's YOUR Jeep!
