I was rather surprised that this compressor comes with absolutely zero plumbing.

What should I use 1/4 or 3/8th? I have the ARB Twin

I still have to address that. Was considering custom fabbing something for the inside back door. But I'll eventually have a 2 gallon tank as well so I may delay decisions there. I just need to know if all the plumbing should be 1/4 or 3/8's. Any ideas? The manual seems to be moot on this one very important point.

Since it's a high flow compressor I'd go with the 3/8".

On the very last page in a small section are the specs and it says the outlet port is 1/4. I'm assuming everything should then be 1/4 and will follow this assumption until something pops.

1/4", but if you want a higher flow rate - for tools or shorter inflation time - use an adapter and the larger pipe.

I used 3/8 SMC Polyurethane Air Tubing to plumb from the Compressor under the hood to a 1 Gal Tank in the Rear , then from the Tank to 2 Quick Disconnects 1-Front + 1-Rear worked out great ...

I have a friend that mounted his on the inside of the tailgate. Perfect spot. I think he plans of fabbing up a plate to cover it for protection.

I mounted mine under the hood with a custom bracket. I mounted my air tank under my rear seat (the rear seat will no longer be folded flat with this). I plumbed them together with 3/8" flexable tubing. Here's a link
