I dont think I have solenoids on mine. I have 2 hex screws or something where the nipples for the air lockers would go, but since I'm using this for just airing up tires right now I dont have lockers.
If you mean something else by solenoids then by all means tell me... im basing my assumption off of the parts list on the installation manual and the only solenoids it lits are where the lockers would attach i think.

So I went out this afternoon to check for leaks on the compressor with a spray bottle. Before spraying the compressor down I hooked the wires back up to the battery and to my surprise it did not turn on.
I checked over all my connections to make sure everything was plugged in and they were so I started my engine. The compressor still did not turn on with the engine on and the switch on so i plugged in my hose and BAM it started working.
I can't explain what is going on but today it seems to work properly including shutting off after a few seconds of not using the air on my tires.
I'm gonna keep an eye on it for the next few days to make sure it doesnt act up again but I have high hopes that is is working fine now.
