that same winch without the compressor is only $350ish, a compressor is under $200. Do you really need both in one spot?

tje Xrc 10 is 400. I thought a decent compressor and storage tank was more than 200 bucks, but if its not then you make a good point. only i would be ok with spending another 100 or so dollars just for it being convenient. Plus its just cool. Its like a poor mans powerplant =D

I still like it

That thing is ugly as a 1 legged hooker though...let me tell you...

what on earth were they thinking when they designed it...yuck

I looked at buying the xrc10 from a place with free shipping for 349.99, I would post the link but I don;t know if they are a sponsor. Search google... you will see. I am not sure about the compressor/ tank price.... but I only need a couple hundred dollar compressor that can air up my tires. I am not looking to power tools or paint a car on the trail.... but your needs could be very different.

My main problem is this... I like the smtty because it is cheap, not flashy, and low profile. That one looks big and flashy and plasticy. To me it looks like a cheap Chinese Warn copy. I have to say I like the fact it uses the on board 5ish horse power motor to run both the compressor and winch. I bet it can inflate tires fast! I would like to see it on a Jeep.

I just bought an XRC10, but passed on their version of the powerplant as I have CO2. The C2 cost me 250, plus 350 for the winch.

i bought my XRC 10 from winch depot last month for 369 shipped and i got my OBA w/ train horns for 80 and a 2.5 gal. tank for 30, even though i would really like the convenience of this set up, i like mine better.
