Default Anyone running 15" rim and 36's?

I am looking at running 15"steelies and 36's. I will be installing a 3' lift and have a 1" body lift. After alittle trimming of the inner front wheel well I THINK I should be good to go.
Any one have any advise on this sceeme?

BUMP I no everyone seems to run 33's, 35's or 37's just woundering why no 36"s them seem to be a more popular tire size with other jeeps.... or is that it?

i thought the opposite... 33, 35, 37s are the popular sizes... 34 and 36s are the red headed step children.

Maybee your right mikey! No one else seems to have an opinion. Alot of the guys I wheel with run 36's, 2 of them are running older Rubi's.

I've been looking at Interco tires and most of them are 36's. Hell there are only a couple availible in 35's and they are almost all 15" and a few 16" rim sizes.

With a 3" lift you should be able to clear 35's no problem, since you have the 1" BL I see no reason you couldn't run 36's (with possible minor trimming).

I would like to run TSL-XS's due to the tereain here in New England. But like you said there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of choice in the 35" size. I also noted that the 35's arn't true 35's they are alittle less and the 36's are + alittle the difference was grater than 1" between the two...

Thanks

I ran 37s with a 15X10 rim on my TJ and loved it.
