I like the look of the 35's, but do not like the suspension issues, drive shaft issues, and axle issues that came with them. I forgot about the re-gearing I had to do as well, to get my gas mileage back to 12 mph. I think the problem all JK people have is they want their rigs to look as bad as they can, and it does not matter if the mod ever does anything for performance, it just looks better. Good luck with your decision.

I don't want 37's that's just huge for me. I was debating 33's, 34's, 35's and wanted to make sure I don't regret 35's

Hmm you don't have driveshaft issues unless you lift you jeep over 3". But I'm wondering what axle issues you had

so can the D44 handle the weight w/o the C gussets and not bend after awhile? and once you get over 3" what can you do about the front driveshaft? cause in know in the 4 drs the rear dosnt have any problems.

A lot of people with big tires and stock axles have not had any issues.
And a lot of people with completely stock rigs have bent and/or broken the housings.
Roll the dice.

and once you get over 3" what can you do about the front driveshaft?
Replace it when it dies.

I originally went with 33's and when I picked up my Jeep I wasn't happy with them. The 33's looked almost stock to me. The owner of the shop had recommended I get 35's, but I thought it would be too aggressive for my daily driver. When I told him I didn't like the 33's, he pulled them off and mounted up the 35's. I've been very happy with the performance and look.

I have a 6-speed and 3.73 gears and I don't think I need to re-gear.

You rarely hear anyone wishing they had bought smaller tires. It is usually the other way around. I didn't keep my 35s long before going to 37s.
