Default Anyone have 40" km2's?

I have a chance to get a set of 5 bfg tires of any size for cost -50%. I need them in an 18" rim size. I know that when tires get huge is when it becomes obvious if they are well made. Anyone have ride or balancing issues with bfg tires?

I have 37 BFG Krawlers on 17" wheels. I did a road trip across canada and back across the states 2 years ago on them. They worked perfect. Just last summer I noticed however that I need to get them re balanced probably due to wearing.
