i went and did some looking under the jeep to see what i was in for.

does the exaust come apart in sections or is it one big piece from engine to muffler.

and are there write ups out there on how to remove exaust and fuel tanks??

unbolt the two bolts at the header, both sides, and the unbolt the muffler and pull it off. The rest will come in one piece..

One piece of advise is to use a spray something like PB blaster and hit the rubber mounts. It'll allow rubber to slide off the steal mounts easy.


the fuel tank, is just the couple bolts holding it on, you'll have to unclamp the fuel lines. Just squeeze on the colored part of the connection and they'll pop right off.

You also have to disconnect the electronic connection, but thats once the tank is down. Make sure the tanks low and use a floor jack under the skid. its easy to remove

btw since there isnt a write up on this 4"/6" kit, should i take pics of the stages of assembly
