Anyone ever had regrets after getting 37's and go back to 35's?

I'm running 35's and I'm glad I dident go 37 . The space in my fender welds is perfect 37's would have made it looked stuffed in there

Default Here are my 35's

I think that 35's are perfect for me with a 3.5" lift and stock fenders. Probably would look like too much lift without the stock fenders.

^^^ agreed. I love the look of 3.5" with 35's and stock fenders. If I was running flats, I'd need 37's. I actually like the stock fenders. I've smashed mine a bunch of times and they pop back out!

RK coils gave me a crap load of lift. Over 4" looking at the last pics.

I'm selling my 35's to go with a bigger wheel and less aggressive tire. I wanted to re-gear but too many other issues. 37's would have come next.
Sticking with 35's w/ a 16" or 17" wheel.

I think
2 door = 35s
4 door = 37s

It just fits the bill with size I'm wanting to go 40s and d60s now...

I went 33s>35s>37s. Very happy with 37s and will be sticking with them for awhile. toyo 37x13.5 are heavy but kick ass. I would recommend wheels with 3.75 backspacing if doing tires that wide. Mine are 4.5 and I lost a lot of turning radius by adjusting my steerin stops since I don't want wheel spacers. I get 15 mpg and love it.

2.5 in lift w/ 1 in body lift on my dana 30 w/ 3.73s , trimmed pinch seams, trimmed fenders, stubby bumper, adjusted steering stops a lot, superchips tuner, bumper/tire carrier . Coming soon is the regear to 4.88s, sleeves and gussets.

Now that I have 35's I want 37's but my wallet says no.

It's a vicious cycle... I'm going to have to stick with 35's too many things needed to take it to the next step.

I actually lost 2lbs each corner when I moved from 35's to 37's. I have 35" duratracs and moved to 37" mtr kevlars and a lightweight alloy wheel and had zero loss in power. I think that is only due to the mtr/k's only weight 74lbs each in 37" size.

If you're moving up to 37's and are worried about performance, then get a light tire and wheel combo like the mtr/k and try to keep your weight down. Plus it's less stress on components with the lighter weight.

Hope this helps

BTW I love this Jeep!!! has to be one of my favorites on the forum.

My last 4 door JK had a 2 1/2" lift, 37s, and flat fenders. This 4 door JK has a 3 1/2" lift, 35s, and stock fenders. I like the 35" tires a whole lot better than I did the 37" tires. The improvement in handling and suspension performance is very noticeable. I had big heavy Pro Comp 37s, and changed to light weight MTR/K 35s.

32's are working fine for me. Sometimes I've stacked some rocks, and probably go around the really hard-core stuff -- but it's cheap and reliable...
