My Safari Straps have been worth every penny! Very high quality.

One of the features that I've really utilized that isn't really an option with Smitty or Dirty Dog is the big steel rings that connect the webbing. Even with the hard top on this winter, I use carabiners to clip my gear, secure tools, and hang stuff from those rings.

My Safari Straps are stout for gear and dogs....here's our 120 lb Ridgeback and 65 lb Bulldog enjoying the fresh air...

Just to update, I bought the CRES.

It is OKAY....Not AWESOME. Wont flap too much on the highway and keeps my things inside. My pup is so small it won't break trought the fabric...

Will consider buying safari straps maybe next year. The CRES is a good temporary option. Here's how it looks on my rig:

Dont like how it looks from the back


Little puppy enjoying the weather...lolol!
