wow, what a total knock off of AEV. i have no expereince with it so, i couldn't tell you about how it fits, installs or about it's quality but, i have seen the AEV kit in person and if it were me, i would save up for one of them just because they are so nice.

I know it is a knock off. Im in a tough situation and cant justify spending $400 on an AEV kit. My dad has pretty bad cancer and Im putting my job hunt on hold so i can work art time to keep his business going while he battles this. If I could swing the $400 I would in a heart beat because I know AEV makes a good product. But the reality is that I can so I need to find cheaper alternatives, Which is why 90% of my build is comprised of used parts.

Thank you. Its a tough situation but its part of life. So for know Im just doing what I can to get my family through this. Good or abd its part of life. My Jeep is my way out so I try to keep my self busy working on it. I've seen threads here and there about it and pictures from SEMA but to be honest thats about all the further I have looked into it. Im not sure on pricing or even if its out for sale yet.

Has rugged ridge dropped a price for the snorkel yet? (runs through fender to upper cowl)...

Several on here are using that snorkel and as far as I remember everyone seems to like it. Only thing I do remember hearing is that the rivets that come with it are no good but an easy fix from the hardware store
