Hit up Bryan (Bustabiz), he'll get you a good deal on one. even beter if you have a 4WD close you can save the shipping cost by having him ship it to the store for pick up
Biginboca, it sits pretty tight against the rear seats, I am not sure how much the recline mod tilts the seat back. if it does fit, it might rub pretty hard

I've been looking at these too, I had a dumb question that I just figured out about the access from behind the seats, it looks in one of the pics to have a full steel back, is that the case?

I used to have the Tuffy Security Drawer. Sold it for the Security Deck. Hands down, worth it.
Works great with Hard Top, Soft Top, No Top. No keys required for it though as someone mentioned earlier... the Tailgate locks and can only be unlocked with key. (Good design on Jeep's part for the tailgate lock)
