Default Any ideas on how to seal stock Air intake

I have just been hearing about some people hydrolocking their engine with the stock air box and of course i do have a jeep and go offroad i was wondering what people did to help prevent and seal the airbox
any ideas

Get a snorkel? You have to let air in, so the only way to prevent air in the engine is move the intake higher.

x2, Kenny is a great guy and I never had a problem going through any type of water with the River Raider snorkel.

ok im guessing there fine i dont really know about hte vents? and sory guys unless you can give me a snorkel i really cant afford the $500 to spend on it

Save up for one before you start going crazy driving through water. $500 is a lot cheaper and a lot easier than paying to have an engine swap after its too late.

Then stay your moron ass outta the water unless you wanna end up spendin 5K on a new engine.

If you are going to hit some water holes, don't forget to waterproof your muffler bearings.

ok and im pretty sure im not the only one who goes through water im sorry i just dont care to flood the hell out of my jeep
