The center cap looks like a fuel but never seen them.

I was thinking fuel too...but don't most fuel wheels have an F in the center cap? That's what I have seen anyway.

From what I can see on the small pic on my phone, it looks like a skull and crossbones on the OP wheels.

They're American Outlaw wheels, Discount Tire should carry them

They are American Outlaw wheels sold through Discount Tire. Go on there website and search through the wheels.
