The front bumper seems to be the best mount. The rear is subject to rock damage (you've got to come off a rock somehow!) The hood mount looks cool but man I'd be afraid of scratching the paint remounting. Inside space is tight...i've got a black lab who loves his room.:toung: A mount up front without blocking the turn signals seems like the winner

Mine is on a Warn rear bumper. It works well but I have to take the stand off - it should be noted that the rear tire has to be loosened to remove the jack. Since I have wheel locks it is secure - I think this is fine setup because I don't use the jack much but in some instances it might not be advantageous.
