Thanks! Its not the smoothest job in the world, but after 6 hours i was getting tired! lol I figured I wrecked my bumper in a mud hole anyways, how much worse could it get?

nope a butaine blow torch. I cut the plastic to fit on the end, then heated up the edges of both the bumper and plastic. Then just kind of pinched them together. Imagine welding with plastic, same kind of thing.
WEAR LEATHER GLOVES!! melting plastic is hot as hell! I tried using a knife like a troul but my hands in a glove just worked better.
I know its not the best way, but its what i had! lol
(i also had a fire extinguisher right beside me!)

Tough with short days! Ill post some more pics (may have to wait till friday), hell Ill even send yea my bumper next month! lol im getting my stinger made by a custom 4x4 shop since spyder customs wont take my money!! lol
