Post some pics lets see how its coming as you cut them.
I heard it was easier to trim the fenders on the jeep, but i guess you have to take the lining off to cut it.
How are you going to do the bumper? Just leave the ends open?

I cut mine with a jig saw. Put painters tape down, measured, and marked with a black sharpie and cut away. After a little file and sandpapering, it was simple, controlled and smooth.

Well havent reached the fenders yet, but the bumper is cut. Tired as hell, I have no power tools so this was done with 2 hack saws! (doesnt look like much yet)
I may wait to do the fenders till tomorrow (when Ill have an air grinder), but ill be done sodering the bumper tonight... just takin a break!

Sorry forgot to mention that I put a glass pack on as well, will snap a pic and get a sound clip for yea. Not quite as loud as I wanted, and I even pointed the pipe straight at the ground!

I used a jig saw on mine, came out great. The door trim is the stuff you buy at an auto parts store. My pics are on my project jk. Be happy to answer any question. Good luck
