Default Allignment. What do I tell the shop?

Ok so I finally got the kit installed and I am taking it over to get an alignment and I wanted to check if you guys had input on what numbers I should give the alignment shop.

I got a 3inch lift out of the kit and I have 35" tires on a 2 door X.

From my research it should look like this:
Castor: 5-6 degrees through shortening upper controll arms 3/8 of an inch
Toe In : 1/8 of an inch closer than stock

Is there anything else I need to tell them?

don't tell them to shorten anything until they have done the measurements. Let them review with you the adjustment needed. try to gt 4.5 to 5.5 degree caster.

do you have 8 new arms or did you only get the uppers?

toe should be 1/8' in or neutral. I run neutral but next alignment I'm running 1/8" in.

What´s difference between an adjustable control arm (upper or lower) and a cam bolt?

The stock upper and lower control arms are non adjustable. The control arm brackets are "dimpled" in such a way as to allow the control arm bolt holes to be made into an oval, and cam bolt installed to facilitate caster adjustment. Athough it is a cheaper alternative to go with the cam bolts, it also compromses the Jeep's ability to hold the caster adjustment because the cam bolts are notorious for slipping. DON'T let them do it. Get adjustable control arms instead. You can get Teraflex lower arms pretty reasonable from Northridge4x4. See the link in my signature. Hell, it's in most everybody's signature.

It may be fine now but you WILL have a problem later. Go ahead and shop for the best deal on control arms and get them before you need them.

If you do go to an alignment shop, make sure it comes with a warrenty. I paid $129 for a 5 year warrenty. Have been back there 3 times due to bent tie rod, adjustment to my suspention, and change of tires. Worth the money.
