Everyone has their recommendations on ball joints and there are a bunch of threads on it. I went with synergy because I could get them reasonably quick and reasonably priced- that's not to say they're the best or worst though.

What you have now is likely going to make the jeep flighty in the steering... I recommend you contact Teraflex and see what caster they recommend then set the control arms to get to that measurement.
This is what TF said "Thanks for your inquiry. While every Jeep is a little different that’s the beauty of the adjustable control arms. The best bet really is to take it to an alignment shop familiar with lifted Jeeps where they can rack your vehicle and adjust them to spec. A good starting point for the front lower arms would be at 22 13/16” and the uppers at 18 ¾” measured from eye to eye. You may have to adjust those like I said, but that’s a starting point for you. Hope that helps and "have a great day!"

I believe mine are at for FLCA at 23 1/8 inch and upper front at 19 5/16ths.

Riiiiiight, so all things being perfect and equal, which they aren't, you are 5/8" longer in the uppers than they recommend and 5/16" longer in the lowers than they recommend. It's very much not a one for one sort of deal, but that explains your caster number being so low. Sort of. Like I said, I'm making a stretch here. Try their recommended lengths first and then go from there.

Thanks for the help! With running it the way it is now am I risking hurting other parts?

Since it looks like the fronts are longer than require should I re do the tears since they were adjusted for seems like taller coils?

No you likely aren't hurting anything but you may notice some driveline vibes and flighty steering.

The rears are a different story. Depends on whether you are running a stock or aftermarket driveshaft. And you would need to measure your transfer case output angle and pinion angle in the rear and then we can answer more questions about how to adjust those.

Fwiw RK's arm lengths net 2° caster. For some reason they have the front uppers too long.
At least now with the new arms you can dial
Them back. A good start for 2.5 of lift is 23 1/8 lowers and 18 3/4 uppers or stock. I have the old arms and did not like the lengths. Since the uppers would only min at 19 1/8 i set the lowers to 23 5/8 uppers 19 1/8. Alignment came in at 3.5°. I really did not want to mess with the lowers so i picked up a set of Synergy uppers and dialed them back to 19 or 18 7/8 to get the 4.5° i wanted.

This is what I plan on having them adjusted to. Really just want the caster to be close to factory but now I'm concerned with the pinion angles. Click image for larger version

23 1/8 lower
18 3/4 upper

Synergy and Mc Have is right.

What does your rear pinion look like ?

20 1/4 lower
18-18.5 upper (4/2door) -2° pinion angle.
