Your not really going to get a noticable power increase with an intake by itself. It might feel like it for a short time but you will soon forget that its even there and again be looking for something to add power. I personally would chose the AEM just for the dry filter.

 

I also went AEM for the dry filter. Haven't had it long enough to tell if there are any MPG gains. Love the growl at half throttle though!

 

Went with Airaid seemed like what everybody was putting on when I was looking. It sounds better but I didn't notice a performance difference. Added a TBS then took it off. Way too much whistle.

 

Hmmmmmmm!!??? It seems everybody got Airaid, but the poll favors AEM till now!! Strange!!

which ever route you go, put a prefilter on the filter, it will extend the life of the filter and help with not letting the small stuff (dust, pollen, etc) get inside the engine

 

I ordered outerwears pre-filter already, I just hope it doesn't restrict the flow, otherwise there is no point changing from stock.

 

AEM for me because of the dry filter. Call me lazy but I didn't want to have to oil the filter. Just wash it, let it dry, and your ready to go. BTW I'm also running an Outerwears prefilter!!

 

Have Had the AEM on our 4 door for about a year now and works great love the fact that you dont have to oil it.

plus with the 10% on them this month it makes it even more attractive
