Default Air on the Bumper

I'm about to install my onboard air and am looking for some pics/info on running a supply line to the front or rear bumper to a quick connect. The front is my preference.

I'm running a 1/4" connector line. Did you make your own lines? If not, where did you pick them up? Same for the quick connects...

It will go behind / around a PSC Brawler lite bumper if the powder coater ever gets it out...

Thanks!

I bought my lines at a suspension shop, 3/8 air brake line. They had all the fittings. From there it's just being creative.

Did they fab the lines to your specs or were you able to assemble the line yourself?

You do it yourself. Make a drawing of your compressor location, where you want your air line quick connects, a gauge if you want, and have the total length of the air line needed, the fittings, and they should be able to help you. The line is cut with a sharp utility knife. The connectors are just push together type, and can be removed if you want to change later.

Here's my gauge, easy place to mount.

Did you make the caps for the quick connects with the retaining wires or are they off the shelf?

The wire and small retainer screwed into the bumper are military surplus items, don't know what they used them for. The plugs are the male to the quick connects with a 1/4 pipe brass cap. Keeps the mud out of the connects.
