i always liked the ORO light. Not only does it have the LED 3rd Brake Light, it has a running light as well. Plus these are fairly cheap at Northridge4x4.

I think I'm going with the spare tire lug lights, thanks everyone for yoou help. One of the limiting factors I didn't mention earlier is that in the great state of VA the 3rd brake light has to be mounted above the tail lights.
