AEV wheel backspacing changed from 4.7 to 5.2
All the forums say get 4.5 backspacing for wheels. AEV use to list theirs as 4.7 After googling I see they had that listed in error now they have it as 5.2
So since AEV is suppose to really know their stuff and they outfit AEV JKs with 35s all the time and they claim they work perfect then why do all the forums say I need 4.5 back spacing?
One guy said he was told that the sway bar links on the AEV lift are different than other mfg and that is why they can get away with 5.2 back spacing.
I assume people that spend 50k for an AEV Rubi take it out and use it, sway bar disconnects and all but searching the AEV forum I hear no complaints on the 5.2 back spacing.
Anybody know anything else?
