I think so. On, right before turning over engine.

I had an 5.7 installed with the AEV kit and Pro-Cal. My 2010 jeep went into limp all of a sudden while I was driving today, do you think this has anything to do with the programming? Or something else entirely different?
Thanks!

Is it throwing any flashing led error codes? I would disco the battery for 30 mins reset the module and try reprogramming. If that does not work you probably have a bad ground or loose connection somewhere.

I have an 08 JKU Rubicon. It is a Canadian Jeep therefore has the daytime running lights. I have the Superchips tuner.....it does not have the feature to turn off the drl's.

My question is....can the AEV Procal be installed in conjunction with a Superchips?
I really want to turn the drl's off.

That's $159 USD just to turn some lights off. It should work in conjunction with superchips tuner.

Bully Dog now has a nifty piece just released. Seems to combine the function of the aev and a tuner.

Nope. The "easy way" aka the "only way" is to plug it in, reset back to factory, then you can use it on another jeep. They are smart about it. Otherwise, all the jeep buddies would just perpetually pass the procal along to their next bud for their programming needs. Smart on their part. I would have done the same..
