Default AEV lift question

Just had the AEV 3.5 lift kit installed. My question and concern is about the rear shocks. Are the shocks supposed to be installed with the boot on top or bottom? Talking about the Bilstein 5100's.

Hopefully on the bottom since that is how it was done on my recently installed AEV 2.5 lift kit! :-)

Just had the 3.5 installed, my rear boots are on the bottom and in the front they are on the top.
