Default AEV lift 3.5 premium help

About to have a shop install my 3.5" Aev lift. Any common mistakes/problems I should be looking for?

I trust these guys but I want to make sure I spent my money well!

Thanks guys

the one thing I would watch has to do with drilling out the hole for the high stear part of the kit. If they dont do get it straight you can have a big problem on your hands not to mention that your allinement may never be true. The rest of the kit is pretty simiple and straight forward. Just thought of some thing else to check on and that would be the front break lines. make sure that your tires don't come close to touching them when your wheels are at full turn other wise your tires can snag them and break you hard lines.

It's a piece of cake to install. I did mine in my garage in an afternoon, but I didn't drill out my knuckles, I installed Reid Racing knuckles that already have the drag link flip tapered in them.

After you have somebody install the lift go drive it make sure everything feels right and there is no death wobble also get the torque specs from somewhere on this forum or from the aev instructions and re check the torque on all your bolts at least 2 to 3 times about every 50 miles or so, my track bar keep getting a little bit loose until after the third time i tightened now its all good. Make sure the route the brake lines right because some people do it differently and then when you disconnect the sway bar to flex if its not done right you will tear one.

AEV is a great lift when you drive it if it doesnt handle as good or better than stock something is wrong!!

Make sure the front brake limes are fully extended by cutting off the bracket.
