Not much to it man. Order the tie rod ends (Northridge4x4 can get them), and then once you get them, measure how long the rod needs to be (or ask someone with the tie rod to measure the length of rod). Then, go to the site below and order up what you need. Tie rod would typically be 1.75" OD. I assume RK ends are standard thread, but I never asked. Also assume the ends are one RH and one LH so you don't have to unbolt to adjust. If you have the correct wheel offset, you could also use GM offset ends.

This might be a very dumb question but is there a way to make the aluminum builder rod work with the factory ends? I run 15s so all aftermarket ends have clearance issues.

No. Can't bend the rod and you need some offset to clear the diff.
