Default AEV 4.5" pintler

I am placing my order tomorrow for my JKU 08 rubicon. Thanks to the help and advice of many on this forum for helping me make my decision. I am going with the AEV 4.5" lift black Pintler wheels and 35" BFG MTR 2. In a few weeks I will prob regear going to wait to see how it is without for a few weeks. Then the next step will be Ripp supercharger. Is there anything that anyone out there that can add anything as far as advice prior to my build? Thanks very much.

also you can mount that 35" spare on the tailgate temporarily, but a bumper w/carrier eventually is a good idea.

last, you should consider c-gussets in the front and sleeving the front as well, to strengthen things even with the Rubi D44 for your 35's.

good luck!

I think with the 4.5" lift it looks better with the 37" I'm thinking 35" will looks pretty small

Yes I agree the 37" look a little better and once I do the Ripp supercharger I will go 37" that is why I am doing 4.5" not the 3.5" so that I can eventually go 37".

The 4.5" and 37's are my plan as well. I drove a guys Rubicon with the same setup and it was nice. Not at all lacking power with the new motor

I am running the same lift with 37s with a RIPP, and I love it. Post some pics when you get it done, and Good Luck!!!
