Default AEV 3.5" Lift with Drop Bracket Question

Anybody running the 3.5" AEV lift with the drop brackets have any front driveshaft issues? I keep reading that 3" is about the limit for the front driveshaft to last. Since the AEV kit doesn't come with discos, I wasn't sure if that eliminated the chance for the front driveshaft to become an issue.

lots of variables involved, but people are losing the front shaft with as little as 2.5". You may be fine for 30-40k, or you might lose it with a few thousand on-road miles. Nobody can give you a definite, so just make a habit of crawling underneath to look at both shafts.

I have the AEV 3.5 with no problems, but I have the 6 speed. I understand it's the automatic that can have issues.
