Default AEV 3.5 Lift

I have a 2014 sahara unlimited. I have smittybilt bumpers and a winch right now. I want to upgrade my suspension to AEV 3.5 lift kit. Would I be able to run that kit with my stock tires and wheels for a few months? Would I run into any trouble? Any cons on doing this?I plan on getting 35s in the future. Thanks for all the help

It may look a little silly but you shouldn't run into any trouble in doing so.

I'm pretty sure you'll need spacers for your stock wheels.

I would wait until you can do both tires and lift as jeeps with big lifts and little tires look stupid. There is also the fact you can run 35's without running a lift. Doing the bigger tires would make sense to do first if you have to choose one or the other.

Should be fine. No spacers needed. I ran stock tires with 3.5 lift for a year an a half.

Don't lift it. Get wheels/tires and flat fenders.

Whatever you do, don't buy the lift and store it in your garage with the plan to wait until you can afford wheels and tires.

You won't wait...trust me

Just an idea of what it could look like...... This is my buddies 5.5" xfactor on stock wheels and tires. Granted that's 2" taller than you are looking to do but still.
