I have driven it for about 100 miles. Is there a way to turn it off? I don't really care for it anyway because I have always check tire pressure before this.

If you purchased the Pro Cal along wiyh the lift there are settings in it which can adjust the tire size and TPMS settings you can disable the TPMS as well.
