Aev 2.5" lift.
Just bought the Aev 2.5 lift for my 09. Any tips or tricks I should know before I do the install? I have read about the bolt on the passenger side that is riff, anything else? Thanks.

You should be able to use your Jack to push the exhaust out of the way to get the bolt in and out. I would highly recommed a grade 8 hardware kit while your doing the lift. The stock lower bolts have major issues.

Did mine last Sunday.. Bought an adjustable front trackbar and the AEV correction kit for the lower arms,,some quick disco's also.. Be ready to invest some time.. The instructions are good enough if you have a general idea of how to go about this type of install.
That passenger bolt is fun but its not more than a couple extra minute issue.
Dont forget to correct the steering wheel orientation also, i dint and the ESP immediatley kicked in leaving the driveway.. ( i need to shut that stuff off permantly anyway )
If your using the floor and only doing the lift and nothing else i would say it could be done in 4.5 hours or so. With trying to get everything aligned and the few extras i had,, i spent 8 hours outside but i'm having a serious sciatic nerve issue right now so i was a bit handicapped during the day.
Its everything everyone says, it rides quite nice if not a bit stiff but i need some bigger tires and i think it will help how they have this kits shocks valved. I just crawled underneath tonight just to check things out and check the torque on a couple lower bolts, and a couple needed to be re torqued, so just keep an eye on it.
If you are using the floor be ready for some sore quads the next day
