Default Advice needed on purchase.

I've been looking at new bumpers and winches for a while now. I'm thinking I like the look of the stubby bumpers and can't decide between these two:

I also can't decide on which winch to get. Trying to stay at or under $500 and it's going on my 2012 JKU sport with rubicon wheels/tires.

I need something reliable for when it will get used, which shouldn't be too often as I'm not too hardcore in offroading.

Are the warn VR series worth anything? I've heard warn is the best by many different people, but didn't know whether this is some cheap unreliable series.

I have the RR non winch and love it. There are so many combos that you can do to it at anytime. I would recommend going that route if you ever want to add brush guards or end caps. The link below is where I got mine a bit cheaper.

I like the looks of the smittybuilt bumper, but I would go with the newer version that looks the same as the one you posted but, also has the ablity to add the ends and hoop at a later time if you so desired.

I have a smittybilt XRC 10 winch and today was the first day (after a year of having it) I ever had to use it and it worked fine on two separate occasions. I don't use it often so for the money and what I saw today its the best bang for your buck that's gonna work when you need it too/ want it too

Had someone else recommend them. But is their stuff comparable to even the bottom line warn winches?

That thing looks pretty nice. Gonna have I take a closer look when I get home from work and can see it bigger than my phone.

If I decide to get the smittybilt I listed, would I have to relocate the vacuum pump?
