Default Advice for interior liner

I wanna get rid of the soft carpet like interior that comes stock on my Jeep JK. I've been hearing a lot about rhino skin and herculiner and such and I'm curious to get some opinions from people who have lined their Wrangler's interior already. What is the best product to use? How much will it probably run me? Is it easier to do it myself or pay a professional and any advice on how to do it myself? GIMME YOUR THOUGHTS!

It just depends on your time. If you have the time and ability to do it your self then you can do it pretty cheap. It is just time consuming to do it right. If you don't have the time and don't mind spending the money then Linex it. It will run between 600 and 1000 depending on how much you remove before taking it the shop and weather you have a 2 or a 4 door. If you have it Linexed you may want to consider getting the door sills and the lower part of the body panel to the pinch seam done. It will add a little bit of protection and won't cost much more to have it done. It was the first thing I did to mine and one of the best.

What are the pros/cons of herculiner vs. The Mopar rubber mat set/kit?

The liner looks awesome, but I wonder if the removable rubber kit would be better if you were gonna trade it in for the elusive CRD wrangler one day ... or a trade in general.

I'm not sure. I just wash my tub regularly, and wax it once in a while. I bedlined an old bronco II interior and underside, it was cool but I don't think I'll bother doing the JK, I like seeing the green!

This is also my concern. I would think the floor would get REALLY HOT!

I have LIne-X. I really like it and don't regret it, but it does get effin' hot. Even with rubber floor mats a lot of heat still comes through so I just turn the AC on at my feet and problem solved.
