Default Advice on bedlining bumper... bare metal?
Want to rattle can my bumpers when it starts to get warmer out. Do I need to grind all of the black paint off to bare metal? Or can I just grind the rust spots, clean the rest of the bumper off and lightly sand then spray?

No need to go down to bare metal. Just clean the rust, knock off any loose paint and rough up the rest to give the bedliner something to bite into.
