I use both adj control arms and brackets. I found that the brackets create a better ride by getting the lower control arms to be closer to parallel with the ground i then adjusted the upper and lower control arms to correct the pinion angle and center the axle.

The ride with geo brackets and my 4" lift is night and day because of the reduced angle of the control arms.
