Default Adj. track bar question

Was poking around the front of my Jeep and noticed the jam nut on my JKS adj. track bar was loose & in the middle of the remaing thread. Can I just tighten it myself or do you think the adjustment may have changed? Haven't been 4 wheelin, but the car did drive a little differently today...

You can tighten it yourself, no biggie, just make sure the ends are straight in the mounts.

I would check to make sure axel is centered under jeep and tighten nut. Far as the adjustment changiing this can not happen unless one end of the bar is unbolted. Axel could shift if something gets bent or more or less weight is added. But this type of movent would not be alot.

I would also inspect the threads with a loose Jam nut the threads can get Rounded off and become unusable.
