I did something similar with a radiator hoop - 1.75x.125 DOM.

You may need to brace it. I am not sure that will hold up if you tip forward.

Sorry, I don't remember what size the tubing was. The guys that bent it for me sent me down to a local shop that builds dirt track cars to pick it up. I'm in the process of designing some tube fenders now, once I get them done, I'm going to brace the stinger.

I like it . How strong is that weld? I'd like to see 2 short 12" bars welded from the below the grill on the frame or bumper to the sides of the stringer. But I do like it
