After doing the above it feels like I am running up hill or aginst a headwind going 65mph+
Not sure what change is causing it, I do need to do gears soon but it now will not pull in OD with auto and 3.70 gears

I didn't notice any change after chopping my flares, but did notice a difference when I dropped down to 27-28psi. Mine drives better at 30-31. You'll just have to experiment to see where it feels right to you.

it's just because lowering the air pressure gives you a wider footprint. more air less tire on the pavement ya know??nothing to do with the flare trim
i run my 35's at 28 and they do fine. do the chalk line test and figure out your optimum pressure.
