Default ACE rail installation problem -- help

I received my new ACE rails for my 2012 - 2 dr. JK. I tried to install the first one on the driver’s side. When I tried to tighten the rear bolt it will not tighten completely. I then took the rail off and tried the screw by it self which seemed to work OK. I then tried to remove the screw again and now and it sees to spin when it gets to a certain point. It tightens OK but cannot remove it. Is there a double nut of some sort in there that for some reason is not catching? Your thoughts?

use an impact gun. when removing the bolts i put a prybar under the washer as I backed them out. when installing the bolts you need high speed gun and put some serious pressure on em to get them to catch. i started with my ratchet and they wouldn't grab. pulled out the impact gun and done instantly

X2 on putting extra pressure upward when installing. I had same problem as OP, but after a few curse words, I got the bolts to catch. After that the others went in easily.

It is amazing how a few curse words work. May be that is what helped in the long run. Thanks again for the info.
