Same thing with mine. Passenger side fit fine. Driver side - one hole was off about 1/2". Ended up enlarging the hole. It was a pain, but I didn't want to deal with sending them back.

Hmm, maybe his jig got bent or something. All of my holes lined up perfectly...

Mine fit kinda tight, but I put both bolts in loosely first and they went in no problem.

Yes. Mine fit nicely too. They are solid and look really nice with the Rock Hard Stubby bumper.
