That's your choice. I'm just saying you have the option of not having to hack into the wiring harnesses.
Then again, it seems like you're looking to move to a less-computerized jeep so that might be something you would find more beneficial.
I'm assuming the Jeep's reflash will automatically turn the ESP back on after you turn the jeep off, such that while driving on road you'll have the safety components back on.
With the switch, it's your responsibility to turn it on or off, and your responsibility if something goes wrong.

wow i get what you said. warranty is done gone.FYI. my jeep dealer would not care i cut 1 wire. are saying im going to crash because of this? and court because i die wtf is that about. who could we sue ?
