Default about tire weight

285 75 r17 nitto trail grappler 68.3 pounds

35' r17 bfg ta km2 67 pounds.

so,, looks 35' bfg is lighter than nitto 34' tire.

my question does they affect same stress to gear or gas mileage?

I would think that a 1.3 pound difference is basically the same thing as far a stress and gas mileage factors. Just a thought.....
