about Superchips Flashpaq for JK

history
If I know my Jeep is going to the dealer I make sure I set it to stock and make sure I have a couple of days of driving history and a few start/stop cycles. A Jeep tech told me that If you set it back to stock right before it goes in it leaves a hole in the history that flags them that you've messed with it.
It sounds like restoring the programming to stock might clear the history. Or does it just erase data logged while the aftermarket programming was present? Just wondering if there is something that the dealer expects to see in the history when they hook up their scanners for diagnosis or checking codes.
I'm looking at getting a superchips, mainly for towing trailer during the summer, but the performance tunes on a daily basis look pretty attractive. I purchased the lifetime extended warranty a while back and would hate to throw that away.

With the superchips if you only download the easy downloaded tunes like Crawl, Tow, 87, 89 & 91 Tunes you should be okay resetting back to stock with no issues taking to the dealership. Where you have to remember is the optional settings like TPMS disable you have to physically go back into the program to enable the TPMS again.
I ran into this problem purchasing a used Superchips the person thought he had set it all back to stock...but he forgot he disabled the TPMS on his JKU and this kept his VIN number attached to the superchips Flashpaq and locked it for my VIN.
So, remember if you are playing with just the easy quick downloads you should have no issues setting back to stock....but if you play with the optional settings be sure to re-enable them before you take to the dealership.

So, outside of the TPMS, does that mean the tire size and gear ratio settings need to be changed back to stock before giving to the dealer as well? I don't even remember what the original tire size setting was before I changed (32 for a rubi?).

But I have set my tire size back to the stock and the enabled the TPMS before I went into the dealership.
Just do a search for the original tire size on this site. My original 08 JKU Sahara Duellers were a 255/70R18 if that's any help.

It also shows up as an error for using the lockers in 4wd hi.
Using the switch mechanical method shiws up as a fault but only says "slow to unlock."
This has been one of many reasons Hypertech has not added these features, but I hear they are close.
