well, just got the word that my 08 Rubi was declared totaled so already making plans for the new rig. i will be running 38x14.50 Km2s or 37x13.50 Toyos. i know you can run these on a 4" without the fenders but im a fan of the big gap between the tire and fender. here is the way my old rubi sat on 35 toyos. this was on a 4" tera short arm with a 1" spacer in front.

Just build what you had and run flats with 37s or 38s. Im not a big fan of long kits, I spend a lot of time on the rocks and it seems like guys are always getting hung up on their lca brackets.
Here is mine with about 4 inches of lift on Tera flex short arms Im running 37x1350 nitto mud grapplers which are a full 37inches tall and over 14inches wide
