I even did the 5:13s with my 6 speed. Love the low gear and just seems more stock like around town. Off road its even better. Need the low range much less and low range is freeking awsome.

Worth it for sure.

Frankly I went with Yukons because someone told me they were quiet, and they are, but I have no basis from which to make that claim myself.

I like this choice in tires and gears, but I have no desire to install 37's either.
If it makes noise, it's installed incorrectly.....gears should not be loud....

I have Superior 513's, so does does my brother in his JK, both are completely quiet, no humming, or whining.....A definite must do mod IMO.....completely changes your rig....go for it

It's an upgrade that no one regrets. Search for the gear upgrade satisfaction survey.

I vote for 5.13's. Might as well while they're in there.

Default 513 is a GREAT Ratio depending on your tire size

I have a Rubicon (Very Heavy) and I love my 513 with my automatic. No more constant shifting on the highway, it is peppy and off road awesome. I have 32" and will go to 33". If I
went to 35 or 37, I would have chosen 538. I did loose 2-3 MPH, but the upgrade was WORTH
the $1500.00 Whatever gears you decide on PLEASE make sure you follow the break in procedure. There are some great write up on how to do it and you just have to be patient.
Happy Trails.

I have 5.13's which were just installed on the weekend and I ride on 35's. I was amazed at the return of power.

Im upgrading the tires to 37" toyos, the lift to a 4" long arm teraflex and adding king shocks in the next 2 weeks. I am hoping the 5.13's will be good enough but if not, ill go up 2 notches to 5.38

Having said that based on this table (http://www.4lo.com/calc/geartable.htm) I should be good.

That's pretty much my setup......IMO 513's, 6spd with the 37 toyo's are fine....the intake, exhaust, superchips on performance tune, make it even better....go for it...
