i don't have that setup myself but i do know plenty of people that do and it seems like the difference in mpg between 4.88 and 5.13 is very little. for me personally, i would prefer the extra power but if mpg is a real concern of yours, 4.88 is the correct match up for 35 and it will deliver stock like results.

They difference is very little and you will want the extra power with 35s. I ran 35s with 5.13s and now have changed to 37s and now want to regear to 5.38s. The MPG loss going from 35s to 37s was about 4 MPG because I am now under powered Go with 5.13s and you will be very happy.

I have a 08 Unlimited with 5:13's/37's and a auto. Last fill up I got 16.98mpg. I have Airfraid, Hypertech Max Energy and a MBRP exhaust.

5.13 you lose about 1mpg and you will dump your pants when you hit the gas the first time. Just so you know though at 65mph I still have to turn of OD

yeah why? specially in flat Florida I never have to turn mine off, some mountain highways with CC on it will loose a few mph before it kicks down and goes though...hmm with over drive off that might not happen

green add the superchips you'll dump you pants again

How do the unlimited's with 35's and 4.88's do on the highway? Are you more limited on the top speed or comfortable cruising speed of 75-80 mph. Our interstate speed limits are 75 mph. Approximately what are the RPM's at 75 mph on a flat highway? I'm pretty new to the re-gearing process, so any help and advice along those lines is appreciated. I've still got the stock 3.73's and it's been somewhat bearable, but I don't think I'm going to want to go any lower than 4.88's, depending on the advice you all provide.

they arent, you do NOT loose top end, its not a race car from the 70's, I can cruise all day at 75-80, at 75 rpms are around 2500 you live in CO drive a lot of mountain highways? I would definitely go with 5:13's if not 5.38s.....I know one of the guys here did 5.38's in UT after teraflex recommended them and he loves them
