5.13 or 5.38 for 37" automatic

I have been trying to figure out what to re-gear to when I do my lift at 37's...'12 rubi auto...I was thinking about bumping up to 4.88's, definitely no higher tho!
It's $1600 to re-gear here in Denver, I am now wondering if it will be worth it?
I will be rock crawling, driving highway, city, and pulling a small camper with it (very rarely)...will 4.10 be enough to give me decent MPG's and power climbing the mountain highways here in CO?

For what it's worth, I have been running 37" toyo m/t's for about 7 months now on stock rubi 44's with 5.38's and have had no issues at all. I wheel it every weekend religiously, but to be fair only 1/2 to 3/4 of my wheeling trips are difficult trails. But I have given it a decent "beat down" a few times and it's still running solid.

Beg to differ
I am in Colorado where I have been for the past month with my new 2012 Rubicon with 6 speed manual. It has a 4" Rubicon Express lift, 35 X 12.5 X17 Toyo Cross Country tires and stock 4.11 gears. This thing is a DOG. When I get back from Moab, I am going to change to 5.13's. I think 4.88's would not be worth changing. This thing is great in 4 Lo, but it chokes on a 12" rise in 2 hi from a dead stop, and that was after disabling the hill holder. Driving on the highway at 55 or 60 and hit a hill requires downshifting to fifth and maybe 4th or end up below 40 MPH. Tow? With this thing? NO WAY. I don't think you could tow a bicycle with this thing. You might get by with 35" tires if you have an auto, but NOT a 6 speed manual. I don't think anyone who says different has done any serious off driving with 35" and 4.11, and based on my experience, anyone doing 37" would be embarassed especially on the street. A manual transmission with 37" should probably not consider anything less than 5.13's. Have 2003 TJ with 33"X12.5X15's, 4.56's, and ARB air lockers. It absolutely eats the Rubicon on the street.

2012 JKU Rubi, auto, 37" KM/2, 5:13's.
I have added a considerable amount of weight with bumpers, winch etc..
Works great, decent acceleration.
But...
Its probably just a little short, if I did it over again I would go 4:88, but we didn't know much about the 3.6 when I changed the ratios.
